TIBITS TO LAUNCH A NEW SPRING MENU, ALONGSIDE A HOST OF OTHER EXCITING NEWS!

tibits, London’s award-winning vegetarian restaurant, launch their spring Menu this April 2016. Each day up to 40 vegetarian and vegan salads, a selection of healthy hot and cold dishes and delicious desserts are served, all freshly made every morning using seasonal, high grade, largely organic and locally sourced ingredients.

The early weeks of spring are tibits’ busiest time, as thoughts turn to summer and health and wellness are front of mind as the sun comes out. Perfect for those with a passion for healthy eating but who don’t want to compromise on flavour, the new spring menu features carefully selected dishes that are nutritionally balanced, protein-rich and low in sugar, as well as wheat and gluten free options. Inspired from the Mediterranean to Asia, Spanish spring tortilla, warming sweet potato curry and lemon lavender cheesecake are just a sample of the tempting dishes on offer. In addition, there are a host of delicious beverages, including the best-selling Supervitamin C juice, which combines a multitude of nutritiously dense vegetables, including spinach, broccoli and cucumber, which together provide 50% of the daily recommended dose of Vitamin C in just one serving.

tibits will also be a focal brand in the ‘Zurich meets London’ pop-up at Borough Market, which runs from 17-21 May, where the team will be offering a selection of their renowned dishes and beverages within the hub of this foodie heaven!  www.zurichmeetslondon.org
